Alexis Dupont has been the Managing Director of France Invest since June 2019.
Before joining France Invest, Alexis served as an advisor for Financial Services at the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union in Brussels from 2017 to 2019. In this role, he contributed to defending French positions in negotiations concerning the Capital Markets Union, financial stability, and green finance. He also managed European negotiations on financial markets, infrastructure, and asset management, while maintaining relations with European institutions and professional associations.
Alexis was Deputy Head of the Savings and Financial Markets Office at the French Directorate General of the Treasury (DGT). He oversaw the asset management sector and was involved in various reform projects, including European and national regulatory negotiations, collaborating closely with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
He began his career in 2010 at the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) as an insurance commissioner-controller. In 2013, he was appointed Head of the Quantitative Unit at the International Insurance Affairs Department, where he led teams during the finalization and implementation of the Solvency II European directive.
Born in 1986, Alexis Dupont graduated from ENSAE ParisTech in 2010. He is an actuary and a chief engineer of the Corps des Mines.

Jean Raby

Jean Raby a rejoint Astorg en 2022, société de private equity pan-européenne, en tant que Chief Client and Business Development Officer. Il est également Partner et membre du Comité Exécutif d’Astorg.
Jean a effectué la majeure partie de sa carrière chez Goldman Sachs, qu'il a rejoint en 1996 à Paris au sein de la division Investment Banking. Il a ensuite été nommé Managing Director en 2002, Partner en 2004, et est devenu Co-Head de la division en France, Belgique et Luxembourg en 2006. En 2011, il devient Co-Head des activités de Goldman Sachs en Russie. Il quitte Goldman Sachs en 2012 et devient Vice-Président Exécutif et Directeur Financier et Juridique d'Alcatel-Lucent de 2013 à 2016. Suite au rachat de Alcatel Lucent par Nokia, il devient Directeur Général de Natixis Investment Managers, une société de gestion d’actifs multi boutiques avec près de 1 trillion d’actifs sous gestion, ainsi que Head of Asset & Wealth Management chez Natixis, de 2017 à 2021.
Avant de rejoindre Astorg, Jean Raby était Co-CEO d'Odyssey Acquisition S.A., un SPAC coté sur Euronext Amsterdam en 2021. En 2022, cette structure a fusionné avec Benevolent AI, plateforme innovante de découverte de molécules basée sur l'intelligence artificielle. À l'issue de cette opération, Jean Raby a rejoint le conseil d'administration de l'entité nouvellement créée.
Jean a commencé sa carrière en 1989 en tant qu'avocat d'affaires chez Sullivan & Cromwell à New York puis à Paris. Il est diplômé de l'Université Laval (Canada) - LL.B. (licence en droit), de l'Université de Cambridge (Royaume-Uni) - M.Phil en relations internationales, et de la Harvard Law School - LL.M. (Master of Laws). Il est membre (retraité) du barreau de New York.

o Prior to joining Permira, Sebastien worked for Temasek, overseeing Consumer investments in public and private companies for four years. He was, among others, responsible for investments in Moncler and Stone Island.
o Prior to joining Permira, Sebastien worked at EPI (Descours Family Holding) in Paris managing investments in Bonpoint, J.M.Weston and Piper-Charles Heidsieck and before that spent several years in investment banking at Rothschild, UBS and Citi between Paris and London.
