Eric Maumy began his career in 1990 at Sedgwick Ltd. In 1995, he joined Gras Savoye, the leading French broker, where he was responsible for major international accounts. In 2000, he made a career move to Adélaïde
(Verlingue, Génération, Coverlife) as Deputy CEO in charge of the front office and business development. He was appointed CEO in 2005, and led the Group through a digital transformation which resulted in rapid growth both in France and abroad. In 2019, he became CEO of the APRIL Group as it was taken over by private equity fund,
CVC Capital Partners, with the ambition to turn it into a global, digital, omni-channel and agile operator, a
champion of customer experience, and the leader in its markets. In 2022, APRIL signs strategic partnership with
KKR for its next phase of growth in France and abroad.
He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), of Medef’s Proscenium Club and volunteers as a trainer for Energie Jeunes.

Jean-Marc Bianchi, CEO of TSG, joined the TSG Group in July 2019 to support its expansion into new energies. Before joining TSG, he had already held the position of CEO for more than 15 years in major companies owned by private equity players (Astorg, Wendel, LBO France, CVC-Carlyle- Advent) or by major international groups (Lafarge, Imerys). Jean-Marc Bianchi holds a Master's degree in Business Management (Amiens Business School) and a Master's degree in Finance
(Paris).

Olivier Breittmayer, 59, holds a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion business school (France) and a degree in Economic Sciences from the Université Paris X (France). He has more than 35 years’ experience of working with fast-growth technology companies across sales, marketing, product development and management roles. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Exclusive Networks from 2005 to 2021. He served also as (i) Chief Executive Officer of Cirel Systems from 1997 to 1999, (ii) Chief Executive Offer of Newlink from 1997 to 2000 and (iii) Managing Director of Alasso Southern Europe from 2000 to 2002. Since 2021, he is Chairman of the board of Colisée Group, Board member of Exclusive Networks and Senior Advisor for Permira.

Claire Revol-Renié est spécialisée dans le conseil des dirigeants et managers dans le cadre des opérations de private equity, que ce soit pour la négociation ou la mise en place d’un package lors d’un LBO primaire ou secondaire ou la restructuration de packages. Elle a conseillé les dirigeants dans le cadre d’un grand nombre d’opérations de la place au cours des quinze dernières années.

Elle accompagne également très régulièrement fondateurs, dirigeants et actionnaires ou groupes familiaux dans le cadre d’opérations de fusions-acquisitions et de capital-développement.


Elle intervient en outre pour tout type de problématique de gouvernance et de rémunération entre dirigeants ou actionnaires fondateurs et investisseurs.

Anne Bassi a exercé le métier d’avocat pendant une dizaine d’année. Elle a créé en 2008 l’agence Sachinka, dédiée aux acteurs du droit et de la finance. Elle accompagne les clients dans l’élaboration de leur stratégie de communication et dans leur mise en œuvre. En 2023, Sachinka a fusionné avec l’agence Fargo, dédiée aux acteurs de la finance.
