Jean-Philippe is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Reach Capital, a global advisory firm providing primary fundraising, liquidity solution, and strategic advisory with offices in Paris, London and San Francisco. The group has supported the raising of over €15 billion of primary and secondary capital for asset managers across Europe, North America, and the Middle East since its creation in 2015.

He has 20 years of private markets fundraising and investment experience. Before founding Reach Capital, he was a Partner at Eurazeo (fka Idinvest Partners), where he was in charge of the fund group’s investments and overseas fundraising. Prior to his role at Eurazeo, he was a Director at Global Private Equity, managing fundraising mandates for international alternative investments funds managers. He started his career with Siparex, after graduating from the Neoma Business School, HEC Montreal, and McGill University.

Jean-Philippe has sat on the advisory boards of several funds in Europe and North America.

Michael Ohana is a French entrepreneur and ESSEC Graduate. In 2012, he founded AlumnEye, a pioneer in career coaching that has helps over 6000 candidates break into Investment Banking and Private Equity. Under his leadership, AlumnEye expanded in 2017 to encompass AE SEARCH, a specialized executive search arm, serving Private Equity and Venture Capital firms as well as their portfolio companies.
Venturing into the tech realm, Michael also co-founded a California-based startup that was selected by YCombinator in 2016.
Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, he's an active business angel with 20 tech companies in his portfolio.

Laurent joined CAPZA in 2004, after 4 years within Bank of Scotland's LBO
department. He was quickly promoted through the ranks to Principal in 2007,
Partner in 2008 and CEO in 2011. Laurent had a leading role in originating,
executing and overseeing more than 30 transactions at CAPZA. Laurent has
built and led CAPZA's Private Debt Franchise which has become the
reference partner of top tier European private equities sponsors for midmarket financing with nearly 3bn assets under management. As CAPZA CEO,
Laurent contributed to transforming CAPZA from a French boutique into a
truly pan European platform, growing assets from €600 million to €6bn in 10
years and expanding the team from 15 people to more than 90 people.
Laurent holds an MA in finance from the University of Edimburgh and a post
graduate diploma in corporate finance from Paris Dauphine University (DESS
225).

Cyril Marie is in charge of external growth and development projects (M&A, management companies and strategic partnerships) as part of the implementation of the new third-party asset management business within Wendel.
Cyril has over 15 years’ experience in asset management. Prior to joining Wendel, he was Chief Financial Officer, Head of Strategy & Corporate Development and a member of the Executive Committee of Natixis Investment Managers.
Cyril began his career in 1999 with BBSP as a financial analyst. He joined Groupe BPCE in 2002, where he held several positions in the Finance and Strategy Department. In 2009, he joined Natixis Investment Managers to oversee the group’s overall strategy and corporate development opportunities. He became Chief Financial Officer in 2017. In this capacity, he was involved in the development of Natixis’ multi-affiliate model through the acquisition and creation of management companies, and by chairing the Boards of Directors of numerous affiliates.
Cyril Marie is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University (DEA Finance).
