Vincent Batlle is a Transaction Services partner. He has been working with Private Equity and large Corporates for more than 20 years on M&A and financing projects. He held a number of executive positions within Deloitte in France and globally. Vincent is currently a member of the Deloitte Financial Advisory global executive committee and a member of Deloitte Continental Europe board of directors.

Thomas HAMELIN est Directeur Associé, membre du Comité de Direction, chez Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance et possède près de 20 ans d'expérience dans le conseil en haut de bilan. Après avoir débuté sa carrière en Equity Capital Market en 2003 successivement au sein de la Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking puis de la Banque Palatine, Thomas HAMELIN rejoint, en 2008, le conseil M&A indépendant Athema dont il devient directeur.
En 2015, Thomas intègre, en tant qu’Associé, la banque d’affaires Cleawater Internationnal pour y créer et diriger le département dédié au segment des entreprises small caps. Thomas rejoint Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance en 2020 notamment pour renforcer la présence de l’équipe auprès de fonds de private equity et couvrir le secteur de l’éducation et de la formation sur lequel il a réalisé une vingtaine de transactions et dont il est reconnu sur le marché comme l’un des spécialistes.Thomas est diplômé de la Toulouse Business School

Marco De Alfaro

Marco de Alfaro has been active in European PE for more than 30 years. He is a Partner and member of the Executive Committee at IDI, a long-established French PE firm with a primary focus on mid-cap LBOs and Growth. He has been at IDI since 2004, and has been directly responsible for many investments, including seven of IDI’s current porfolio companies.
Holding an MBA from Insead and a Master’s degree from Turin University, Marco began his career at Exor, the Fiat group holding company, before joining BCG in Paris, where he worked for four years as a strategy consultant, gaining experience in a wide range of industry sectors. Since 1991, Marco has focused on private equity, following a nine-year spell at LBO fund TCR, and four years as partner and deputy CEO of French VC fund Seventure. For several years he also lectured in international corporate strategy at Sciences-Po Paris university.
Marco is responsible at IDI for several of IDI’s current or recently exited investments, including Talis, Dubbing Brothers, CDS, Atéliers de France, Freeland, Culturespaces, and Prevost Laboratory Concept.

Luigi Terranova

Since 2007 CEO and Managing Partner of RIELLO INVESTIMENTI SGR which is a management firm with a multy assests stategy, Private Equity, Credit Funds and Venture Capital, with AUM in excess of €500 mio. Riello Investimenti is since its foundation in late 90’s, focused on small and mid corporate.
Luigi Terranova is the head of the Private Equity activities and is supervisor of Credit funds investments. In the Private Equity funds Luigi is directly involved in deal sourcing, investment decisions and particularly in portfolio strategy definition and implementation. Currently he also supporting the fund raising activiities.
He serves as a Board Member of the Riello Investimenti portfolio companies.
Prior to Riello he was for 16 years Senior Partner of an italian strategy consulting firm: he advised prime italian and international industrial group in their business development activities and in the M&A transactions.
From 1985 to 1991 he was Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Group in Citibank Milan/London and in Standard Chartered/WestLb
He holds a degree in Economics from la Sapienza University in Rome and a Master in General Management from Harvard Business School.
